How long does my order take to ship?

Ready to ship items ordinarily ship out in one to three days within receipt of your order. We use USPS Priority and will send you Tracking Info. Our Custom Orders, depending on the item, will typically ship out within four to eight weeks. We are happy to send updates while we work on your custom order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes we do. You are responsible for all duty, customs or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the USPS (United States Postal Service) postal charges that you already paid. These may be due when you pick up your package.

What is your return policy? 

Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of shipment whether there is damage so that we can guide you thru the damage claim process. We take great care in packaging your artwork for shipping. It is very carefully padded and double boxed complying with USPS regulations.
